Let’s Connect:

Our full-service planning experience begins with an initial call to discuss your vision and preferences, budget, and answer any questions you may have. This usually takes place between 1-1.5 years prior to your wedding date.

Save The Date:

Secure our team! A signed contract and deposit will secure your wedding day on our calendar. Most clients secure our team by the 12-month mark, if not sooner.

Site Visit:

Let’s walk your venue together so we can build a detailed proposal and help you better formulate your budget. If you do not have a venue selected yet, our team will help narrow your search, attend site visits, and provide guidance along the way.

Develop Your Look:

Our team will draft a detailed layout and create a unique and cohesive vision for your review and feedback.

This includes decorative accessories, unique table settings, custom bars and shelving, elevated stage fronts, designer lounge groupings, tailor-made linen collections, custom draping, and grand floral arrangements.

From these drawings and designs, we compose a thorough event proposal for your review.

Build Your Team:

We work with first-class vendors and handle the communication, coordination, and attend all vendor meetings with you, providing professional advice and guidance along the way. Our team maintains regular creative discussions with each vendor to ensure your wedding is seamless and distinctive.

The week of your wedding, sit back and enjoy being pampered and celebrated. Our team is there to handle any last-minute vendor-related tasks related to your event.

The Big Day:

Our team will be with you from beginning to end on your wedding day. We will have a regular presence to assist you and the wedding party throughout the day, in addition to overseeing your vendor team.
