Holly Crotty, Event Designer & Coordinator

Over the past fifteen years, Holly has tackled many angles of the event industry from all across the country. She worked with The Museum of Glass in Tacoma, Washington, planning glamorous galas with Dale Chihuly, and many other artists. More recently, Holly managed the catering and events for Aiken’s premier wedding venue, The Reserve Club, helping couples’ wedding-day dreams come to life. Holly values making celebrations a reflection of her clients’ style and helping make the planning process and their day as stress-free and memorable as possible. Her favorite part is seeing the months of planning come together into the perfect scene and her clients’ visions come to life.

Caroline Mastin, Floral Designer

Caroline is a Virginia native whose floral career began in Washington, D.C., where she designed luxury weddings, hotel installations, and bespoke daily arrangements. Her work quickly led her to one of the most prestigious roles in the industry: overseeing the floral department at the world‑renowned Inn at Little Washington. There, she created designs for its 3‑Michelin‑Star restaurant and Forbes Five‑Star inn, while also producing unforgettable events for iconic brands including Tiffany & Co. and Fabergé.

Most recently, Caroline served as Director of Floral at The Ritz‑Carlton Resorts of Naples, where she elevated the property’s floral program and helped build the only in‑house floral department in the brand’s global portfolio. Now based in the Augusta area, she brings more than a decade of experience in the luxury floral space—defined by timeless aesthetics, thoughtful artistry, and a deep commitment to connecting with clients. Every event she touches is designed to feel classic, intentional, and beautifully memorable.
