Maybe it has something to do with the heat here in Georgia, but we have been nonstop wanderlusting over these gorgeous locations below. So we thought, why not create a little honeymoon guide for our spring-time brides who are probably looking to book their honeymoons in the very near future! (lucky you!)
Seville, Spain
Soon after the Easter celebrations are over, Seville becomes a huge city-wide party known as "Feria de Abril," or "April Fair." A week of parades, bullfights and lots eating and drinking seems to be the perfect way to soak up all the rich culture this beautiful city has to offer. It's an especially great time to go before the floods of travelers fill the streets in the summer months.
Fiji
With hurricane season coming to an end in April and May, spring is the perfect time to tip your toes in the warm bath waters of Fiji. With hundreds of islands and many beautiful resorts to choose from, it is easy to see why many couples flock to the warmth of Fiji to relax after the big day.
Charleston, South Carolina
For those who want to stick a little closer to home, look no further than the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina. Our team loves to spend a weekend in this beautiful city whenever we get a chance. A foodies' paradise, the city is rich in history and spring time is the perfect time of year to enjoy the blooms at all the plantations nearby.
Paris, France
One cannot create a list of top places to visit in the spring without mentioning the City of Light. Paris is beautiful every time of the year, but springtime in Paris is truly when the city shines. A walk through Jardin du Luxembourg is a must-see while all of the tulips are in bloom! Plus only a short train-ride away, the gardens of Versailles are not to be missed!
South Island, New Zealand
This destination is for all you wine-lovers out there! The spring (their fall) is the perfect time to explore the South Island in New Zealand as it is peak harvest-time for all of the exquisite wines that have been coming out of this region. Once you are all wined-out travel over to the water to soak in some of that awe-inspiring coastline.
Jamaica
There is no better time to visit the Caribbean than post-spring break. The weather is fantastic and shoulder-season has begun, meaning that you can save a bundle by traveling some time in late April, May or June! Doesn't take much to convince us, waterfalls, turquoise waters, and white sandy beaches here we come!
